I once instructed my daughter when she was five-years-old to "start from the middle and eat side to side, stay off the pink, and spit the seeds on the ground. Baby girl, don't fret over spilt juice; life's just too fleet! Thank the sweet fruit for a cool summer treat". She giggled and slurped even louder before wiping her tiny melon-stained hands on the patch of backyard grass where we shared a secret snack before dinner.

sleep cycles had passed before Mother located the illicit fleet of bloated space arks, stolen interstellar yachts, hijacked cargo containers and swarming armed escorts. Mother’s eyes were as cold and black as intergalactic space when she ordered, “Dark energy gun crews may commence vaporization of the criminal flotilla.” Immediately, thousands of intelligent beings from dozens of planets throughout the galaxy perished in grim succession as targeted space vehicles and habitats burst like multi-colored soap bubbles releasing blazing clouds of oxygen, methane, hydrogen, and other gases and fluids that formed the artificial environments essential for higher orders of life.

Monster hurricanes, killer tsunamis, unpredictable global climate change are not entirely “natural” events. Typically, most humans desire to stay blissfully unaware of the truth; but the culprits of these devastations are obvious to anyone who closely studies the Internet. If I don't take immediate action, these sporadic conflicts between man and angry paranormal agents might continue for millennia.

My mortal brethren preached that Guardians (descendants of evil, ancient Afrikan deities) were determined to exterminate all humans; thus, it was our birthright to war furiously against Guardians using all weapons available despite the grievous side effects.

I disagreed.
